100MHz 1400V Differential Oscilloscope Probe (100:1/ 1000:1)

TA042는 최대 ±1400V(DC + 피크 AC)의 높은 공통 모드 전압 측정 애플리케이션에 적합한 액티브 차동 프로브입니다. 또한 최대 100MHz의 고속 신호를 수집할 수 있습니다.

차동 프로브는 표준 싱글 엔드 입력 오실로스코프의 기능을 확장하여 고전압 차동 측정을 안전하고 정확하게 수행할 수 있는 방법을 제공합니다. 또한 전력 회로 응용 분야에서의 안전한 측정과 직렬 통신 버스에서 발견되는 저속 평형 차동 신호 획득도 가능합니다.

TA042는 4개의 AA 배터리(포함)로 전원을 공급받거나, 기본으로 포함된 TA531 USB-DC 잭 전원 리드로 전원 공급이 가능한 액티브 프로브입니다. 또한 TA531은 일반 USB 벽면 충전기(포함되지 않음)와 함께 사용하도록 고안되었습니다.
